This week was not fun. I worked one day at Barnes and Noble and one day at my other job and my car is broken so I went absolutely nowhere. I did absolutely nothing production. I put together
two puzzles, one of them being the world's smallest 1000 piece puzzle. I never want to put together such a small puzzle again. By the end of today I know I will have finished Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage. A video game made for the original Playstation. I'm not excited about today either. I haven't been home on a Sunday in a very long time and so far there is absolutle nothing on TV. So, let me tell you about my friend the MOLE.
Last night I had already been in bed for quite some time when I receive a message from my friend Craig Slike saying he's partying VIP with Neil Patrick Harris who happens to be a big Mole fan. I want to be happy but it just reminds me of the commercial with celebrities telling people why they're going to vote. Neil Patrick Harris said he's going to vote because he fell in love with someone and wants to be able to marry them. BUMMER. Anyway, I'm jealous cause Neil Patrick Harris is awesome and to get to my point, Craig Slike was last seasons mole on ABC's
The Mole. I'm happy to sa

y that I met him before he was on The Mole, but only saw him a couple times before he disappeared for a couple months. Where did I meet him you ask?? Why at the Blarney Stone in Clairemont. He happens to have been going every Monday long before I turned 21. When he returned from taping some another friend I had made their was like oh have you met Craig Slike and I actually had from some one else, but everyone was all excited to see him becuase he hadn't been there in months and he was telling people including me that he was in a Tijuana prison. I knew very well that wasn't true and the other people he knew were all very hush hush about something.... which was annoying.
It was just a couple days later I got the text from Mr. Slike telling everyone to watch that season of The Mole. It was kind of exciting. Mondays at the Blarney Stone would go fro

m being Messed up Mondays to Messed up Moledays as we would all go there to watch the show together. I've never seen anything so odd. An entirely full bar on a Monday quiet facing a televesion watching reality TV. The band would play a set, then we watch the show and they would close with a nother set. It was actually quite a bit of fun.
Not too long after the sh

ow started we went on aroad trip together. Ashley, Rechelle, Craig and I went up the California coast stopping at every ridiculous roadside attraction, stopping in San Francisco and the Winchester Mystery house and ending at our sole purpose of the trip, the Gilroy Garlic festival. Have I mentioned this? Anyway, it is one of the best things I have ever done and we all tell everyone about it all the time and that was back in August. That was when we really got to know Craig and his cooooolness. We actually documented Craig's fans along the trip because we were excited whenever someone wanted to take a picture of them that we took a picture of that moment! The fans probably thought we were weird. We told them we won this road trip with The Mole on a radio contest.
There were quite a few people that recognized him and they all told him he was the mole, but of course he couldn't say anything then. We didn't even know if he was the mole. The season finale at The Blarney Stone was ridiculous. I wish I could have recorded the entire bars' reaction when it was announced he was The Mole. It was a complete uproar. (is that redundant?) I'm glad I met Craig Slike before he was the Mole even if it was just a little bit. He is really amazing and down to earth. He loves being on TV and doing things, but it really doesn't get to his head. Every time he's been on something or someone has written about him he'll tell everyone about it, but not to show off. He's really just excited every time it happens and so are the people that know him!
